Trademarks

A Trademark is a sign capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one enterprise from those of other enterprises. It can be any word, phrase, symbol, design, or a combination of these things that identifies your goods or services.

In India, the registration of a trade mark is for a period of ten years, but may be renewed from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Trademark Act 1999.
